| Moving onto Rutland’s fastest broadband network takes 2 weeks if you are migrating from another provider, or 1 week if you are having a new line (or reactivating a ceased line). We will notify you in advance of the exact date of transfer. When we receive your payment we will contact you to finalise details such as whether you want to keep your telephone number and to collect your direct debit details.
We supply you with a new wireless router free of charge. The only additional costs which may be incurred relate to problems with your internal wiring, or if your existing phones are not compatible with a modern dialtone service. We can provide cordless handsets if required and we can carry out internal wiring work at our standard hourly rate.
Payment of the £150 connection charge confirms acceptance of our terms & conditions and acceptable usage policy and agreement to transfer line and broadband to Rutland Telecom and to pay monthly rental – currently £35/month incl VAT for residential users and £45/month + VAT for businesses. |
