We are now ready to transfer pre-registered Lyddington customers onto our fast broadband service. This includes porting your telephone number and moving your line - a process which takes 10 working days. There will be slight disruption on the 10th day and we will notify you in advance of the exact date of transfer.

We are also taking this opportunity to confirm you have understood the situation regarding delivery of our fast broadband service to your master telephone socket, and the implications if you do not have one, or if you currently rely on an internal extension for connecting your broadband router. For Lyddington installations we are offering the first hour of any internal wiring work (excluding parts) for free (worth £65)


We also now need your bank details for direct debit payments for the service (you paid a £30 deposit initially). The cost is £30/month for fast broadband, line rental and 600 minutes of free calls to UK landlines. Full details of additional call charges are on our home page.

We supply you with a VDSL modem and a non-wireless broadband router. A wireless router upgrade costs £45. You cannot use an existing ADSL wireless router with our service.

For those who pre-registered with a £30 deposit, we also cover your £150 connection charge. The only additional costs which may be incurred relate to your internal wiring, or if your existing phones are not compatible with a modern dialtone service.
